NORWAY: LOFOTEN SKI TOURING

Ski touring in Norway’s Lofoten Islands offers unique summit to ski descents with dramatic coastal scenery.  The area is known for rugged peaks rising from the ocean that are easily accessible from the road and offer diverse terrain suitable for all levels of ski tourers. We like March the most because you still have the opportunity to ski in the day and watch the Aurora dance at night. April is also nice with longer days. You will ski with an experienced guide from the Lofoten Islands and stay in a lovely comfortable lodge with hot tubs and saunas and amazing food. 

• Day 1 – travel to Oslo
• Day 2 – Fly to Svolvær Lofoten
• Day 3 to 7 – Ski Tour
• Day 8 – return home or onward to EU
