- Deposit Non-Refundable
- Balance due 120 days prior to trip departure date
*If cancellation occurs more than 120 days prior to trip start date, trip cost refundable less deposit *If cancellation occurs less than 120 days prior to trip start date, trip cost non-refundable.
CUSTOM TRIPS are non-refundable!

A “Custom Trip” is one we design for you and your group that is not on our schedule &/or open to other members ~ ie: sailing trips, heli-ski trips and all trips of custom nature. If you have to cancel a custom trip, you are welcome to transfer (or sell) your trip to another person or group.
